  1. Attend Meetings – Find a meeting!
  2. Phone/Internet to connect with other people.
  3. Literature: Read books and articles that are helpful.
  4. Meditation: Taking time for yourself, taking the focus off of others.
  5. Writing/Journaling
  6. Find a sponsor that inspires you. Meet with them, work with them.
  7. Service: can be as simple as helping to set up chairs, or working on service boards, etc.
